With more than ten years of experience, Isabelle represents Indigenous governments and organizations in complex litigation involving Aboriginal and Treaty rights, the duty to consult and accommodate, governance, self-determination, and judicial review. She has pleaded before all levels of court, including the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Passionate about her practice, Isabelle is dedicated to advancing her clients’ interests through thoughtful advocacy, strategic advice and practical solutions. She is recognized for her meticulous preparation, strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex legal and factual issues while keeping sight of her clients’ broader objectives.
One of Isabelle’s greatest strengths is the relationships she builds with her clients. She takes the time to understand their priorities, perspectives and communities, allowing her to provide advice that is both legally sound and tailored to their unique needs. She believes that trust, collaboration and open communication are the foundation of effective legal representation.
Before joining the firm, Isabelle practised in a boutique litigation firm, where she developed extensive experience managing complex files from their earliest stages through hearings and appeals.
Fluent in both English and French, Isabelle is committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, responsiveness and a genuine commitment to helping her clients achieve their goals.
