JFK Law’s Claire Truesdale is presenting at the Law Foundation of British Columbia and Legal Services Society’s annual Provincial Advocates Conference, which provides training to community workers from across the province. Claire will be presenting on how to help Indigenous people register under the Indian Act, in light of recent changes to the provisions of the Act on Indian registration under Bill S-3.
