Claire Truesdale quoted in recent Globe and Mail Article on delays in Indian status application process

JFK Law’s Claire Truesdale has been quoted in recent Globe and Mail article “Ottawa aware of issues with lengthy process to apply for Indian status, documents show“. The Globe and Mail obtained memos and reports where the federal government internally acknowledges the process is drawn out and not well understood leading to delays that could be considered systemic racism.
