JFK Law’s Karey Brooks, Tim Dickson and Jeff Langlois are presenting at PBLI’s conference on Navigating the New World of Impact Assessments, in Vancouver, BC

Karey Brooks is chairing the event and also speaking on the issue of “Addressing Cumulative Impacts – Where and How” along side Kevin O’Callaghan (Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP); Tim Dickson will be speaking on “Update on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project” with Michelle Wilsdon (TMX Indigenous Advisory and Monitoring Committee) and Jeff Langlois will be presenting on “Rights Impact Assessment as Effective Evidence” along side Justin Straker (Integral Ecology Group).
