JFK is pleased to introduce Nathan Surkan, Jade Dumoulin and Mannat Mann
Nathan Surkan joins us an Associate in the Vancouver office. Nathan holds a Juris Doctor from the Allard School of Law at UBC, where he graduated in 2018. After graduating, Nathan clerked for six justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He then articled and spent four years practicing at a leading national law firm in the areas of Aboriginal, regulatory, and environmental law, as well as insurance litigation. He has experience in judicial reviews, class actions and civil trials.
Jade Dumoulin joins us as an Associate in the Toronto office. Jade is a member of Xaxli’p First Nation and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia. She joins JFK Law after completing a clerkship for the Honourable Justice Paul Favel at the Federal Court and articling in-house at a regulated utility company.
Mannat Mann joins us as a temporary legal and administrative assistant in our Victoria office.
