JFK’s TRA Sectoral Education Self-Government Agreement Resource speaks to the many Nations across Canada that are asserting jurisdiction over education and, the innovative and powerful ways on how they were able to do this through self-government agreements and modern Treaties. At JFK Law, we understand the importance of self-government over education to Nations who are working towards a better future for generations to come, and we wanted to highlight some exciting examples of Nations doing so in this Resource.
