With over 20 years of litigation experience, Elizabeth Fimio assists clients with motions, e-discovery, legal document drafting and trials. She has experience assisting with the management of complex, multi-party and document intensive litigation. She has contributed to matters in all levels of provincial and federal courts.

Elizabeth received the Osgoode Certificate of E-Discovery, Information Governance and Privacy, and has completed the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario’s eDiscovery Advanced Theory & Practices Fellowship Program. She is a member of Women in eDiscovery, the International Legal Technology Association, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth can be found working on her latest creative project or camping with her family.
