Nathan holds a Juris Doctor from the Allard School of Law at UBC, where he graduated in 2018.

After graduating, Nathan clerked for six justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He then articled and spent four years practicing at a leading national law firm in the areas of Aboriginal, regulatory, and environmental law, as well as insurance litigation. He has experience in judicial reviews, class actions and civil trials.

Nathan was born and raised in Penticton, British Columbia – within the traditional, unceded territories of the Syilx Okanagan People – and has a deep appreciation for the unique lands upon which he grew up.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys exploring the backroads of British Columbia on his bicycle, wandering his neighbourhood in search of the latest blooms, or challenging himself to follow a recipe beyond his culinary prowess.
