Su has led several organizations through periods of high-change and positioned them for growth and sustained success. Recognised internationally for her pragmatic and highly effective approach to addressing rapid change and establishing financial stability, she has built a reputation for fearless navigation of dynamic environments guiding organizations sensitively from today into tomorrow.

Su brings over twenty years of Senior Management experience to JFK Law. Most recently Su led the operational transformation of an e-Discovery practice within a large Canadian law firm. Prior to working in law, Su held senior leadership roles in the commercial and not for profit arts and entertainment sectors.

Su’s education includes an LLM from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, an MBA in Leadership from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

Su had the great fortune to spend much of her childhood travelling internationally for her parent’s work, when not at her settler family’s home on the Six Nations of the Grand River territory within the lands of the Haldimand Treaty of 1784.  In her spare time – Su enjoys immersing herself and her family in travel experiences most often tethered to cultural and artistic experiences. Su’s love of nature and its importance in urban life has led to her volunteer position as Chair of the Board of Directors, High Park Nature Centre.
