Prior to joining JFK, Tim practiced Indigenous and regulatory law at two national law firms. Tim has extensive trial experience, including acting as trial counsel in a groundbreaking Treaty infringement trial relating to the cumulative effects of industrial disturbance. Before to being called to the bar, Tim clerked for two justices at the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Outside of work, Tim tries to spend as much as time outside as possible.
